Dates: Workouts will be held Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday starting March 10 - July 31,2026 from 5:00pm - 6:00pm (dates and times are subject to change, based off availability and weather)

Schedule:
*Sunday 4/12 I 5:00-7:00pm. **This will be the only Sunday session during this time frame. Beginning Sunday 4/19 all Sunday sessions will be 3:00-5:00pm.
Every Wednesday 6:00-8:00pm
This will be a 6-week program with two (2) sessions per week, beginning Sunday 4/12 and ending Wednesday 5/20. Each session will be two (2) hours long. The total cost of the 6-week program per participant is $85.00-if pre-registered, payable online via credit or debit card.
*Walk-ins will be accepted at each session for $20 per participant payable via credit or debit card or cash. Checks will not be accepted for this program.
**Pre-registration for this program will end 4/3/2026
